Information about the opening hours of the English Admissions and Student Service Center
We would like to inform you that from August 24 until September 4, the English Admissions and Student Service Center will operate on limited opening hours and with a limit on visitor numbers.
We suggest to email or call us instead of coming here in person. You can contact us via email at studentservice.center@aok.pte.hu . The office is open Monday-Thursday 07:30-12:00 and 13:00-16:00, Friday 7:30-13:30.
If your matter is urgent, please wait on the corridor until one of our colleagues is free. In accordance with the pandemic regulations, wearing a mask and keeping distance is mandatory.
From September 7, you can pick up your Welcome Pack from the English Admissions and Student Service Center during our office hours.
If you have not submitted a certified copy of your high school diploma yet, please bring it with you when you come to pick up your welcome pack.
Dealing with educational matters:
If you have questions related to education (tuition fee, Neptun, courses, studies, etc.), please contact the Registrar’s Office by email at registrars.office@aok.pte.hu, or in case your problem cannot be solved online, go to the Registrar’s Office personally.
