Error report, complaint

  • if you experience any error in Neptun’s functioning or get stuck in a procedure please report it to us PROMPTLY
    • if you cannot meet the deadline out of your fault (eg. technical problem) send an e-mail to your administrative officer and attach a screenshot about the error
    • the prompt report is important (a lot of procedures have strict deadlines so we can  only take into consideration the problems that we have been informed about within the deadline)
  • we call your attention that missing the deadlines results in the forfeiture of rights! Please send your complaints, remarks to your administrative officer in e-mail BEFORE the deadline!
