The student can be exempted from paying the fee if he/she excuses the absence indicating and certifying a substantial reason with a request showing the date of the given appointment submitted to and accepted by the Centre for Occupational Medicine within 8 days from the missed appointment. After the deadline for excusing the missed appointment by submitting a request is expired, the COMWH shall promptly notify the Central Registrar's Office (CRO) about the student’s absence. The CRO shall immediately transcribe the fee for missing the appointment of health aptitude examination in the ES (Neptun).

  • IMPORTANT! Please be aware that upon not taking part in, or receiving the result of “not being fit” or “temporarily not being fit” for work in the medical field, the student shall not be allowed to take part in any activity related to healthcare, which means that they shall not be allowed to take part in the practices either (summer practices and/or rotation year practices) even if they registered the subject of the practice during the course registration period. Students without a valid health aptitude test shall be barred from taking part in the exam period!

Due to the dates provided by the Centre for Occupational Medicine being limited, it cannot be guaranteed whether a missed appointment can later be made-up for, therefore everyone is kindly asked to show up to the appointments they registered, so as to avoid any future detriments to their study progress.

  • If you already completed the health aptitude test and received its result which is valid, you do not have anything further task with it. You do not have to submit the certificate that you receive on your health aptitude test to the Registrar’s Office, we will receive the data of the students centrally from the Centre for Occupational Medicine once the examinations are over and they will appear in Neptun (under Studies/Training data/End of health-aptitude test validity)
